The Clubhouse can be rented for a partial or full day at the following rates:
District Residents
- $100.00 for a half day rental, plus a refundable security deposit of $350.00
- $200.00 for a full day rental, plus a refundable security deposit of $350.00
Non-Residents
- $350 per event plus a refundable security deposit of $500.00
- In addition, non-resident must sign up for a household membership at $700 per year
WI-FI is available. The maximum occupancy is 92.
