Your HOA is governed by a Board of Directors elected by the homeowners. The Board is empowered by you and the governing documents to manage the business of the HOA. The Board has hired Community Management Specialists to manage HOA operations at the direction of the Board. CMS is responsible for responding to the needs of the homeowners as they relate to the HOA, collecting dues, paying HOA bills, generating monthly financial statements and managing the service contracts to take care of the HOA’s assets.

The Patio Homes HOA is responsible for all landscaping adjacent to homes, snow removal from sidewalks and driveways, architectural changes and design review, trash collection, and maintenance of HOA common areas.
